This workshop helps leaders develop coaching skills so that they can create an energized, engaging and productive culture in their company. Leaders will acquire and practice tools and skills for establishing clear, significant expectations, offering meaningful feedback, coaching for success and co-creating an action plan to monitor results.

This workshop is 2 days and is offered through the Center for Character Leadership. It is based on the Character Culture Framework© found in Building a Character Culture for Trust and Results in the Workplace.
