Patrick is an experienced Learning and Development leader with over 25 years of experience extensively within creating and delivering training solutions that work. Having a diverse background in operations, learning and people development, he understands what it's like to be a general manager, he has the operations background. 

With a proven track record as an advisor, facilitator, developer and implementer of Learning and Development solutions he launched McCann Learning Solutions once he realized the need for high-quality learning solutions, delivered on time and within budget. 

Over the years Patrick has designed and developed instruction for online, blended and classroom settings in multiple industries.  His learning solutions are simple and impactful.  He has the ability to synthesize complex information and make it understandable.

As a facilitator, Patrick has trained thousands of managers, multi-unit supervisors, small business owners and executives. Patrick is dedicated to being a true champion of learning. 

He is genuinely authentic and McCann Learning Solutions is not just a business to him - he strives to make organizations like yours successful. Having come from the world of working within an organization, he understands how important it is to be on budget. In his spare time, he can be found taking pictures of scenic landscapes while on walks with his black labrador!
